ok well i know its super old but its a great game. anywho...can anyone tell me how to set up the bots? im not sure how well my comp will run online so im just wanting to run with some bots. if anyone can tell me itd be great, thx.

You must be running Condition-Zero or later.

-Go to "New Game" and set the the bots on.

-You can go to bot options and chose what kind of weapons you want them to have.

-Click start game.

And then pawn teh noobz.

You can also set the difficulty.

it doesnt have to be cz, i remember couple years ago there were some bots for cs you would download them then you would have to copy and paste a file into a certain folder... iono my computer runs some of it allright guess ill just have to live with it

anyone know what "CL_FlushEntityPacket" means? everytime i join a server i can only see 1/2 the screen and that error flashes in the upper right hand corner...

Can't tell ya off hand about flushentitypacket, but Google will surely have some answers.

As for bots, we used to play lan with bots in 1.5 I think. Check out http://www.csnation.net/ first. That's where we got our info/files for the setup back in the day.

how do i figure out what version of cs i have.

i bought the half-life plantium set (came with; opposing forces, team fortress, counter strike, and blue shift.)

i cant seem to find any bots. pr0xy can you please set me up a link to get there?

If you download all the updates, you're running 1.6.

when you get the game you have version 1.0 you can easily find a cs1005 file which will patch it to 1.5(Latest non-steam version)

ok screw it all. im just gonna go down and buy cz tomorrow or something. every link i ever find that will help me get bots ends up being down or not working. so oh, well ill just get cz

But... I just linked you to the patch and the bots... Just re-install cs and it will be 1.0... It takes like what.. 10 minutes max?

i tried the link to 1.5 and it didnt work. ill try to reinstall it and everything, hope it works

Did you click on public server and wait in line...

The point is its not hard to find. Do you even know what google is?
