What... do you even know what the hell your talking about? Thats the new ACU (Advanced Combat Uniform) and it is by far better then the old shit. So far all the national guard units I have seen around here have been wearing the old shit. Everything is better about the uniform. The nametags all velcro so you just need one set of name tapes for all your uniforms, the pockets all all in smart places, no buttons anymore unlike the BDUs and DCUs where It takes a min to open a pocket, now it takes a second. Anyways, I like them.

So Smith is still in Germany? I'm guessing he doesn't have an internet connection, because I don't even see him on my buddy list ever.

Actually Smith's unit just arrived today, I havnt seen him yet, but I went looking for his tents. Hopefully I will find him tommorow.

I will deffintally take some pics of us for you guys. By the way, I got rid of my M16, I am now the proud owner of a Pistol (which has always been my favorite in Halo). It even has a laser on it. Expect some pictures this weekend, I will post them in the clan pics thread.

If anyone gets a chance it would be Smith. If you read the news you wouldve heard about Bush cutting back troops in Iraq. Two brigades to be precise, one of them being a brigade from 1st Infantry Division wich had there deployment canceled and stayed in Germany and the other being 2nd Brigade 1st Armored Division staying in Kuwait for a year. I am in that unit in Kuwait, and Smith is in a different brigade that is pushing north to Iraq in a few weeks.

It dont matter to me though, Im still getting my tax free and combat pay enchanced checks every two weeks. ;)

I am actually making $500 more every two weeks than I was in Germany, and coming up in April I get a raise too. I expect to leave this damn country about 25-35 thousand dollars richer.
