Go level to 60 then pvp non stop for the next 2 months and you'll hit high warlord in no time :P

what should i put my points in and what type is the best?

It's all about playstyle, and what you want to be good against.

As a general rule, if you want to kill Casters before they can really even react, you want an Ambush/Backstab build.

If you want an easier build and kill other things easier, go for a Sword - Combat build.
