Starting Homeschooling

Well I just got my notice in the mail saying that my Notice of Intent to homeschool has been recieved and now I get to start sometime in the next few days, I'll be withdrawing from school as soon as I get a chance.

Has anyone here ever been homeschooled or is currently being homeschooled? I'm looking forward to it myself. From what I hear it is pretty darn easy.

What a loser.......can't take the pressure of kids calling you fat at school? Do some excercise and loose the fat.

Fatty

What the hell? You probably weigh more than I do.

I'd appreciate it if you would keep this on topic, since it is in the General Conversation forum.

Go overdose on some muscle builders kthx.

The only bleh thing about homeschooling is that you won't be able to make new friends really.

undeadzombieguy 2005-10-18 01:30 AM

Muscle builders? Like protein? Lol

Dont you just have about 6 months or so to go if your already in your last year of highschool? Why all the trouble of switching now?

!King_Amazon! 2005-10-18 04:22 AM

It wasn't much trouble at all.

Hades-Knight 2005-10-18 11:58 AM

It's obvious he isn't accepted in society, that's why he wants to be alone.

PLS!

Home schooling never really interested me. I loved getting OUT of the house and away from my parents. What made you want to do this?

!King_Amazon! 2005-10-18 03:20 PM

You should refer to my first thread if you want my reasons for doing it. Go ahead. You know you want to.

/agree. I was wondering this myself.

And really, it seems a bit dorky to become homeschooled in your senior year. Is a kid picking on you in school? You should post about it in Life Discussion.

!King_Amazon! 2005-10-18 03:22 PM

Nope, nobody picking on me or anything. I keep to myself pretty much and stay within my group of friends, and when people do happen to mess with me or any of my friends I stand my ground. I wouldn't get homeschooled just because someone is messing with me, that's stupid.

Pretty cool. I know I have to take Pre-Cal 12 through Correspondence because I can't fit the class into my schedule. It sucks. I'm waiting for the reply to find out if I get accepted(which I will), which will be a week from today.

Jessifer 2005-10-18 08:21 PM

You know, some of us actually get along with our parents.

Me for instance...I have the coolest fucking dad in the world. Save for his temper. He also doesn't know that I know he smokes weed still. He's a dork when he's drunk, too.

I <3 my daddy.

And you may now insult me.

Grav 2005-10-18 08:26 PM

A barrage of vaguely insulting comments aimed towards your sexual orientation!

Jessifer 2005-10-18 08:28 PM

Yay! You never let me down, Grav! <3

JRwakebord 2005-10-18 08:46 PM

I'm sure he loves you back. When you're sleeping.
