Another PeTA made site. There's a lot of embellishments and they're selective with the farms they visit. They usually, 98% of the time, go to farms that have notoriety for this kind of stuff. The problem is, not ALL farms do this. They want to punish the majority for what a minority does.

Don't trust anything PETA says.

Fucking hell! Kagom how can you say not all of the farms do this? It seems that production and quantity is the most important concern and not 98% as you say are going to give that up. They're not going to make sure that the animals are dead before skinning them, or putting them into the chicken boilers. They're not going to take time and money in order to get rid of the cows cancerous growths. Sure there are some farms that aren't industrialized that have free range chickens and such but I'd say 98% of our meats come from the industry farms. I'm all for meat, I couldn't live without it, but it's just to bad thats what it comes down to in order to feed that masses. Those Peta people and vegetarians are fighting a hopeless cause, you can't get a whole race to change from omnivour to vegetarian. It's freaking instinctual damnit and you can't fight that. Although as a being of higher intellect you can, but I wouldn't say our race is all of higher intellect really.

Actually, because of legal problems, they tend to actually care what happens to the animals. They can get fined very heavily and get in all kinds of problems if they don't treat the animals right.
