It's Japanese, and that guy is an actor who is also very eccentric. He built a Kitchen Stadium for great chefs to compete. The series ended not toooooo long ago, and now there's Iron Chef America which is disappointing.

Whyd you stay up so late then? Ya, I find its easier to stay up the whole 24 hours than get 1 hour of sleep. Especially when you fall asleep, wake up and it dawns on you that its only been 1 hour. Your a senior right? So, this year should be a breeze, unless your one of those over achievers who take college courses theyre senior year in HS.
