Gold Farming
 

It has come to my attention about the whole Gold Farming problem in WoW.

JUST like Diablo2, currency is in the early stages of being completely fucked over on all servers, (not going to post business name, pm if you want to know) are screwing over the game's population, and the currency.

I was just wondering if, and how blizzard can cut down on this. I know that some of these sites can fight the law with their "Confidentality" laws, but what is a way around that...I have not much knowledge into law...inform me please.

Play on low or medium pop servers. Less inflation and all that shit.

The rank images system has three stages:

1. Memberlevel (Junior/Full/Senior)
2. Primary usergroup override(Admin/Moderator/Senior Moderator/Banned/Temp Banned/Loser/Guest/Whipping Boy/News Poster/Advisor)
3. Userid override (Webmaster/Owner)

By using the userid override, I can make anyone have any rank image I like. My access-test account never has AdminCP access, yet has the same Webmaster image as I do, because there is no Webmaster usergroup; this badge is assigned by ID.

My friend just bombed 200 gold on a chinese farmer for arcanite crystals. THose farmers may be annoying but they sure as hell give good deals.
