how do you get a present? or did someone give them to you?

For alliance i went and talked to santa in iron forge. He gave you a quest to get cookies for him and in turn he gives you a random gift!

10 copper bars. Whoop de fucking doo. I'm not even going to tell you what i payed for 5 eggs at AH....
