Who plans to buy WoW right when it's out?
 

This is just to get a general tally. Anyone going to get it as soon as they can find it for sale, just say "Immediate."

Those who are going to get it within a month or so of launch, say "Soon after."

Those planning for a few months down the line to see how it is, say "Not just yet."

Simple? Go!

If there's an open beta to confirm my desire to play it, then immediate. Otherwise, it depends on when I get to see a significant, unedited period of gameplay.

From what little information has been released, it looks like open beta is imminent.

Blizzard already stated this on their website a long tim eago... i made a poorly titled thread about it.

Release date is still reported as Nov. 15th, so the Open Beta will have to be soon. ;)

Blizz still has quite a bit of work ahead of them too. Likely a lot of the High-End content will be added via a patch a while after the release. :(

Not just yet, I've only got one month left working until someone is taking over for me at work. I'll probably get it around the time summer starts.

That's about 9 months...

Hm, actually I'll probably get it for christmas, and I'll still work a couple days a month, so that should cover my monthly fee. There, a new plan has been forged!

Get it for Thanksgiving. ;)

I'd rather get a big ass turkey for thanksgiving....mmm...I love that holiday.

If WoW does get released mid November imagine the overload on the servers that thanksgiving weekend. Most of us would be better off eating turkey and stuffing.
