NFL: Miami Dolphins Have Hard Preseason

First, RB Ricky Wlliams retires.

Now, WR David Boston blows out his knee and is lost for the season in a preseason practice with the Houstan Texans.

The hits just keep on coming for the Dolphins, and now they are looking towards WR Keenan McCardell of the Tampa Bay Bucs or WR Tim Brown, whom was recently released by the Oakland Raiders as possible fills for the missing link Boston created.

If neither of those WRs are obtained, Miami is sure to have their worst season in recent years.

Football is like that, though. In terms of injuries, it is the most unpredictable sport. Hopefully the Dolphins will get it together before the season starts.

Well I am happy and sad, sad because I wanted both of those players. Happy because I didn't waste a pick on them.

Thread cleaned.

MightyJoe, what do you mean, waste a pick on them? You mean, you would have picked them up in Fantasy, but now you won't? That's what I'm guessing.

They would have been good pickups too. Boston would have had a great season, or at least a lot better than last year.

Funny how a team can go from possible Super Bowl contenders to being on par with the Chargers.

The Dolphins really have had a shitty offseason, I'm not sure how they'll overcome this in the next season. I'm guessing they'll be about a 6 n 10 team in the season. Maybe next season they'll be around .500, tough to say. Their Draft is way off now that what they may have planned for the next offseason, and they're going to have to trade just to fill the empty spots.

Though, they still have (good backup) Fiedler and Chambers on offense.
