Drum set... brand/type/what have you
 

For a begginner, what would you suggest?

Also, what book to learn from? (or video tape, video tape would probably be better)

I got snare lessons first. And i self taught- my self on the drums. Fun shit!

So far after 5 years of having the set ive.... bought 2 new cymbals, 2 new cymbal stands, new stare head, new tom heads and a new base peddal.

get a private teacher to come to ur house like every week and have lessons

Preferably a young woman aged 18-25, and make sure you have the house alll to yourself.
