Some sort of illegal stock trading I think.

She got insider info, saying that a new drug wasn't going to be FDA approved, so she sold all her stock. Side note, after a month the drug got approved and the stock went way up. So she actually lost a lot of money by trying to save a little.

She lied.

I don't think she lied? (don't know any of detail) she just got tip off? I don't see anything wrong with that. If a freind of you told you that XXX stock going to jump to the roof... will you buy it? i would.

"Insider Trading" is a crock of shit.

The average American would have probably gotten atleast 5 years in prison or more.
