vex = 2x290's (I THINK)
290 = 2x 3/20/20

Therefor, by my logic, a Hoto Should cost at least 4x 3/20/20.

Just my guess. I'm new to non ladder.

heh yeah there usually 4 but maybe someone will be nice n sell a shitty one for cheap? :D and i think vex is 3x3/20/20 now. everyone is selling ber/jah/cham and other high runes for 3x3/20/20
