Best choice for a PCI video card under $100?

I need some opinions on what the best PCI video card for $100 or less would be.

What do you all think about the ASUS nVIDIA GeForce FX5200 Video Card (128MB DDR, 64-bit, TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "V9520 Magic/T)?

PCI Video card. OUCH. If you want a PCI card because you don't have a AGP slot on your computer what kind of computer do you have? Also what are you using for video now?

If you really can't do the $150 bucks from the other thread than at least scrounge another $30 bucks and get somthing like this. I have bought referb stuff before and I have not run into any problems. It's a pretty good deal, $130 for a Radeon 9700 Pro. But if you think about it you have a 80-90% chance to get a 9800 Pro for $150 if you do what I posted in the other thread. Talk about bang for the buck!! That's the best deal goin right now as far as cost-performance ratio.
