Ok, my web hosting site is http://www.bluecapacity.com .

Go there and pretend you are someone looking for hosting that clicked a hosting banner or search result and you got at my site looking for hosting. What about the site do you like? What do you not like? What is missing? What are some reasons you would Not signup with BC if you decided you did not want to or why were they not what you were looking?

Umm... Dont just click back on this post I need everyones opinon. Even if you do not know a lot about hosting or you know a lot, I get every kind of person and everyones opinon matters. Anyway, the more informative and long your post, the better. You'll be doing Penguin a huge favor... And go ahead and critize and tell me what I need to do also.

In my opinion it is a very well made site. Easy to find things, easy to learn about what you may purchase. Very slick. :D

eh go into detail about what needs to be there and why some people might not be signing up and you'll be awsome :D

Maybe show examples of what could be made if you buy this much hosting. I don't know, just a suggestion. :D

I think this site looks very good and very professional. I didnt find any thing missing about info and stuff. Oh except for the demo of the control panel and features isnt working for me ?

Like:
-The site is beyond good, it looks so professional and serious. It is a very good first impression.

-Without a doubt the speed of the server(from the test) is supreme, I wasn't expecting more than 150KB/s, and I was getting capped at 300KB/s(that is my cap).

-To negate the Client Login and TOS below, I would have to say the FAQ is perfectly an example I would use to tell you what you should do with the Client Login and TOS.

Dislike:
-One thing I don't like is the basic plan, it is 1500 Meg Storage and 15 gig bandwidth monthly. I honestly think it should be more bandwidth and less storage. Bandwidth should(in my opinion) be 15 times more than storage atleast, this is only 10 times. I probly would still get this plan, seems very good for a smaller forum, or a good fileservice for private things. This is not a very big down to me.

-Same as above with the other plans, the reason is I think people want more traffic than space.

-The client login page really dosen't have a layout, I think it should be similar to the site's homepage. Something this dull really turned me off.

-Terms of Service was in txt, that really bothered me too, I think that every page must keep an image of a professional site.

-FAQ looks great, but you should be able to click the question and it bring you down to the Question/Answer below.

-Under plans.html, this is minor but bugged me, the text for each plan(BASIC, ADVANCDED, etc) looked very dull, it seems to be a standard font and a pure blue, which doesnt match the site's blue shade.

-About us, this was very short, but its probly all you had. Also the link Websites Hosted gave me a "The page cannot be found". I'm also sure the list that would be there is under the permission of each person that owns the site.

Just because there are more negitives than positives here dosen't mean I didn't like the site, I would get if a 9/10(which is really good coming from me). I just wanted to focus on what I would improve than what is already great on the site.

I like it. Seems very professional and organized. A plus side is it was easy to navigate for me.

Regarding your 'Speed Test', you should likely have something come up explaining what they're downloading and whatnot, just to placate the paranoid people.

I don't know about others, but I usually won't download a file if it isn't clearly labelled as to what it is.

Why are the ones on the right under the line while the headers on the left are above the line? I agree about the blue not fitting. Also, change the label for overview, it just doesn't seem to fit for going back to site home.

Perhaps try finishing your color scheme next time? A solid white box on a black background looks ugly. Default text on a white background in input or textarea fields is asking for trouble. In fact, leaving the word "[OPTIONAL]" default color on a white background is crap.
As long as you're going to have your fancy active cells for the hosting plan, you really need to make it automatically select paypal payment if they choose for you to buy the domain. You also need to check this condition in the PHP and throw an error message if they don't have JS and they set it wrong. If you do the fancy stuff in one part of a page and not the other, it just doesn't seem right. Also, the plans should not be indented that far and should be under a separate heading from "Domain name options"

The "White header" should be flash though, It shouldent be blank. Do you have flash on the browser you are using? Anyway, besides that, great criticism and it gives me stuff to work on.

That would help but I am looking for constructive criticism on what you think I need to improve on the site, or why people are not signing up.

Well when I wanted webhosting for my site the prices were expensive, so I took the cheapest one but now, Penguin has this one and it has the cheapest prices I have ever seen for webhosting, Penguin are you on google?

I pay for adwords but web hosting is very competive keyword market and theres really no chance id get high in the web hosting keywords without using adwords.
