How do you password protect folders?
This is all i remember. its for windows 9x to 2k. You right click on folder, then go to customize. then go to edit html template, and then current. then go down to where java starts and you put in the code...but i dont know what the code is...anyone know?

Just NTFS format your drives, and bingo-bango, security for your collection of SA Photoshops?
|
Or hiding your porn from mammy and daddy. Loser.
|
We wouldnt want mammy finding out.
|
I keep all my porn (300 Megs of lesbian clips) in my Recycling box and when I need it I just "Drag n Whack(off)". When done just drop back in. Parents too dumb to know how to double click anything anyway.
|
I cleverly hide my porn in a folder called "porn". My mom doesn't use my computer, I don't give a fuck anyway.
|
I'm the only one who uses this machine. NTF formatted and password protected (XP machine)
Not like I have to care since I live alone anyways. |
Look on download.com for programs that password protect folders

And fuck off. Yeah, password protection is cool. (on topic) |
The easiest and one of the safest ways to hide something for a longer time (like, say you're going to a LAN and you have files you don't want to let people access), add them all to a passworded zip archive and delete the original files on your HD. Later, you can just pack them back up again, or view them unzip them one by one.
