GTA: San Andreas announced
 

Take 2 announced yesterday that Rockstar Games has been working on the next title in the Grand Theft Auto Series, and that it should be expected in stores mid Q42004

Just imagine if our News Posters did this; then everyone here would be kept informed of gaming news.

I did a good job when I was in office, but I was fired and the gaming knowledge community at Zel grew weaker and weaker. The news posters not doing their job should have their 'tag' taken away.

hah. I could go on a whole rant about that. When I want gaming news, like you, and most people, I goto a site that has gaming news. Usually if its posted on Zelaron, its old news to me ^_^ And anyone really serious about gaming, it would be the same. Now if we got something before the big boys did (OH who am I kidding?)... Well there was that doom 3 leak that Zelaron was a huge part of! (Keke)

Well, I do press releases, so when I'm doing news, I have a I good chance of geting it before other sites, however, there's the whole insider element we're missing out on... as for the whole Doom 3 thing, I was just explaining to my friend why he shouldn't trust the inquirer :p

lol :) Camon WW, the inquirer is a great reliable news agency. Anyway, maybe I was being to blunt in the above post but when I want gaming news I go to gamespot. When I want to see what recent news is interesting enough that someone actully posted in on zelaron, then I read the announcments. But most of the announcments are just copied gamespot or ign or whatever articles, and I just got done reading those. Maybe if news posters kinda wrote up an opinon or something else with the post? They probably already do that and Im not paying attention.... Oh well =0 Its fine.

Which is why I do press releases and don't just copy others' articles, and why I recommend to the news posters that they do the same. Not as if they care, though. As for the Inquirer, any news agency that can be fooled into thinking a grade school age kid is John Carmack has issues...

Anyway Im 17 =0 It was just pure genius on so many levels, besides the two misspellings in the 'tip email' that I ..... that they did not run through microsoft word first. Which brings up another issue, WW your old :killgrin: ^_^ ^_^ ^_^ I bet I ... they could have fooled you too.... And lets not forget Chrusers part in it... Oh and it wasent just the inquirer, it was that gaming magazine we got published in too and me and Chruser got free issues for it (That was awesome). Everytime this topic comes up, I just laugh so much.

Yeah your right about the news posters, but I am guilty of that as well. I guess lazyness is the main cause =/

Ah, but the whole chain of things happened because of all these sites stupid enough to believe the inquirer, which was my original point: a news site that me and my friend visit posts way too many stories from the inquirer.
