Sometimes I do the stupidest things without thinking.

Tuesday, February 17, 2004:

I do the stupidest thing and bring weed to school. I leave school and go smoke with a friend. I go back to class stoned. Teacher asks me all these fucking questions. Calls security. Takes me to dean. Search me. Finds my pot and some Zags. Calls school cop. Now I have to go to fucking court. At the top of all of this, I'm just sitting there smiling at the dean and he gets really pissed. To tell the truth though, I'm kinda mad the most at the fact that the cop took the pot away :(.

Anyone been in this kind of situation? What do you think they'll do?

That would be fucked up. I only have one friend who's been in court because he broke into a school and got caught.

Btw, don't think I won't ever smoke again. 4:20 for life baby! Well maybe not for life, just till I'm 21 and old enough to buy beer (that'd be a dream come true).

Well, how old are you? I wouldn't really know, but maybe you could get off with a fine and some community service. And as for the beer. In college you can get some people who will buy alcohol for you and you just pay them back.

Acctually I'm still 15 and sophmore in high school.

I think it's different cuz you were caught with drugs. My bud is also 15 and he's on probation till he's 18. I don't know what's going to happen, but i don't think you will go to jail because you are still a minor.

"Drugs" is such a strong word. I prefer "controlled substance".

If it was a gram or less its a missdemeanor. Ypoull probably just get community service. Anymore then that and you might be introuble. But you have the fact that you are a minor working for you.

No, I'm still here :D. I have to go to a school meeting in like 2 hours. I only had about 2 joints worth left when they caught me.

I heard you can get your record sealed so no one can look at it fora small fee I think...
Anyway as long as I'm not going to prison. And if someone else does...stay away from the soap
