Static content management
 

Well, though it was for another project, I have developed the code that will be used to serve up the static pages of the member sites of the network. This code set supports the authoring of content that appears as part of a page defined by templates (there is still no template editor at this time. templates must currently be edited through PHPMyAdmin) and the use of a basic navbar.
