Kill the totally handicapped?
 

Do you think we should kill people who have no power over their limbs? Like their brain is fucked up, so people need to do everything for them. I mean, it's sad, but don't you think it would be kinder to just release them from their poor excuse for a life? Let them travel on, to the next realm of existence.

Heh, Cavorkian (Sp?) conversation here... Honestly, I wouldn't want to live, but others may have a different opinion with their life. If they are capable of making decisions, it should be up to them.

I think that if somebody gets to the point where you have to shove tubes down their throat, and hook a bunch of electric diodes to their brain and heart and life support has been their life for years, they should be pulled.

Personally, I hope that everybody can live as long as humanly possible, but when the doctor says whats best you really gotta do that, you just have to let go sometimes..............

How would it be in your benefit? I mean, shit , Your money is flowing out of your pocket, If somebody I knew was past the point of return (brain dead) then you'd just have to pull the plug

Sometimes when its too late for you to do anything you have to let go. Recently my grandfather had a heart attack and he had to be placed on life support, the recovery was going fine, bu then his .. his brain slowy stopped, we had to let him go, it was really depressing, but I've realized that he's still here with me, thats what life is all about.

who r we to decide who lives and who dies we are not our creater let ppl's lives fall into the hands of fate or into the hands of a higher power. I know it is sad that they have to live that way but nature is best left alone. and alot of things in life dont make since.....for example, me being fucked and having a lack of a life.

p1ng what if we were to label you as handicapped, or retarted, and say lets kill you, or make you a government project. They can label you whatever they want. If you are hooked up on life support all the time, than maybe your family should let you go, but you can't just kill people or make them government projects because they are retarted.
