Hard Question Which is Better?

Is there someone out there that has any experience with the video cards of Nvidia and ATI. Which one is better I am trying to find out which one is better but no luck so far any ideas?I do not mean like the ones such like best one for the money type ones. I mean like the ones that are the newest and that are top of the line type cards. Thanks for the look.

Ok well take a look at one of the top models from both companies. Ati Radeon 9800XT and the Nvidia Geforce FX 5900

Here is the website for the radeon
http://www.ati.com/products/radeon98...o/compare.html

Here is the website for the Nvidia
http://www.nvidia.com/page/fx_5900.html

Just so you have some info

Personally id use the radeon

According to Maximum PC, which I trust with my life, the Radeon 9800 XT is the best video card available.

The Geforce FX 5700 is the best budget card.

Personally, I've had 2 radeon cards and a Nvidia, I like the performance better from the radeon cards, but the nvidia is a better choice for price, ... Depending on how much you want to spam, and exactly what you want for your computer and what it can handle can differ the outcome of what is better for u.

I prefer the radeon, since it doesnt end up making me format my computer to update the drivers.

I have an eg-force4 card in my computer and it works great. I think it was only like $30-$40 im not sure. It comes with a game to that runs perfect with it and crap without it, It is an Nvidia and it works great. Thats all I gotta say.

They're both great brands, pretty much anything that is made to run on your computer will do good enough for you.
