What the hell does this have to do with PS2? Are you planning on somehow explaining how the American and European video standards tie into this video game console?

ya man. They are just different standard. The European uses PAL but American uses NTSC. they have nothin' to do with game console or which one is better.

no man. It depends on which system you buy. Japan has their own stanard. They are just different. You can say you have a PAL system so you are better than people who have NTSC system. you can't compare!
