and last i checked their are no rules against "flaming"....i think I'll talk to chruser about this

and you mods really need to learn what your job is, you dont just ban some1, you give them a warning...show me and example of where i've spammed outside of the chat forum????????????

Yeah there are. Sorry. If you have to flame someone or something you take it to the flame forums. You don't stick it in your sig, or throw in comments in normal threads. You've spammed outside the chat forum, and even the chat forum isn't for bs posts like

Quoting yourself, or someone elses spam also counts as spam.

A flame in your sig counts the same way as posting a flame.

i have to agree with Absolut on the issue here. We post more in the "on topic" forums than most of the moderators for those forums. the chat forum, me and absolut use simply for chat. That's why our posts go back and forth, we're often in direct correspondance.

Nobody likes spam, but we don't have to turn this into a personal vendetta. Just stay away from doing it in the wrong posts in the future, and everyone will be happy.
Banning someone for spam should be VERY rarely done though.
A good reason would be if a creative post got filled with

"igsejgiu"
"guieshg"
"bdrjkbnji"
"uighseg"
"igriugjhi"
...and so on.
That is a good reason for banning someone :)
