First of all, I know MUGEN can be made to work on XP, now could someone tell me how? Second of all, I will pay someone to make a MUGEN character for me (it's of me in a stupid suit). How much I will pay you will be discussed among us both.

Mugen is a customizable 2D fighting game for PC. Like, you can create your own stages, characters, BGM, and put them into one game.
I guess that's what he's talking about. |
that's right Senesia. I'm talking about that MUGEN. Once I can get it to work for me, i will add lots of characters.
