Round 2! Cloud vs Ness
 

Arena: Abandoned Megalopolis - The monstrous shell of an abandoned city. Skyscrapers pierce the sky in the upper-scale downtown development, while buzzing streetlamps and rotting stench plague the slums. Imagine New York City if tomorrow everyone simultaneously decided to leave, not taking any of their belongings or bothering to shut off any electrical devices. Power still runs throughout the entire city.

In the Red Corner, the spiky-haired mercenary, the former pupil of the infamous Sephiroth, from Final Fantasy 7: Cloud Strife!!!

And in the Blue Corner, the psychokinetic boy wonder, the bat-slinging champion of Eagleland, from Earthbound: Ness!!!

The wind blows harshly through the husk of this dead metropolis. The former 1st Class SOLDIER leers over the edge of a 40 story high rise, scanning the streets for his opponent. The miniscule powerhouse leaps from rooftop to rooftop, hoping to encounter this round's enemy. Will the Ultima Weapon best the Gutsy Bat? Or will Ness' psychokinetic pyrotechnics be too much for Cloud's Limit Breaks to handle? Choose a side, and put up your dukes! It's clobberin' time!

Ness was cool and all, but I'm afraid Cloud can't lose this one. It's like Mickey Mouse VS Popeye.

Well, Cloud is strong, but Ness's pyschokinetic power could easilly kill Cloud. Cloud comes at him with his sword and Ness could make it so when Cloud went to swing his sword, hi swung it up, thus throwing Cloud off balance and giving Ness the chance to hit him with his bat. Cloud might try Omnislash, but still, Ness's pyschokinetic powers could just make something fall and hit him before he could do it. Cloud loses.

Meh i highly doubt he can control his enemy.

Maybe the sword but Cloud would just need to get in close range drop the sword and Snap Ness neck.

Game over.

Well look at the arena. Ness could make a skyscraper fall on Cloud. And if he did dodge, he wouldn't be in a defensive stance. So Ness could go and whack him upside the head with a homerun.

Cloud's head is going, going gone!!

I would like to actualy know ness attacks.
Cause im sure ness isnt that strong.

There is nothing mentioning how strong his power are can he make a skyscraper fall ? I doubt it.
Can he even move heavy object ?
If he can control Cloud sword can he even put up whit the muscle Cloud can put to keep control of it ?

Kuja's, you know just as well as anyone else that Ness couldn't do those things. He's not a fucking Jedi, he's a little boy with a bat and a cap that can do a few things with his mind. I don't remember anywhere in the game where he made buildings fall on his enemies or make their weapons move. It just doesn't happen like that. His best chance at beating Cloud would be calling that place and ordering some food, then hoping the car runs Cloud over.

The end, Ness looses. ggkthxnore.

He's has the pyshokinetic punch. With that he could make a building fall on Cloud. And if he gets up, he'll be groggy and Ness can bash his skull in with his bat.

I don't care what he has, it's not strong enough to knock over a skyscraper onto Cloud.

It wouldn't take much to knock over a skyscraper. Being a skyscraper, he could just damage the base and the whole structure would come tumbling down. Right onto Cloud. Can you say pancake?

While he's spending his time trying idioticly to knock down a skyscraper, how is he gonna defend himself? And do you think Cloud would just stand there waiting for the skyscraper to hit him? No, he'd be moving around and trying to kill Ness.

It would be like trying to kill someone by chopping down a tree. Not too hard to move out of the way.

Ness uses his pscyhokinetic punch to knock down the building. Cloud dodges the debre and kicks Ness in the gut. Ness falls down and Cloud raised his sword to block Ness's bat. He knocks Ness's bat away and :slice: He's dead.
