How do you make char sets in rm2k3

I have no idea how to make charsets, cipset or any other visuals for that matter, in rpg maker 2003. I'm new to the forum so I'm sorry if the question has been asked before. Could anyone give me a hand?:confused:

Look at the existing ones and figure it out. It's not that hard at all, actually. Just make sure to adhere to the size conditions, and you'll be fine...

And yes, this HAS been asked before. Read a bit in the forums.
