It`s by no means an easy job, customer management or outsourcing can be a fantastic place to be if the economy is going well but if its not.....Well my company laid off 5,000 ppl over the last 2 years. I happen to be in a good position with a great client right now, I have seen people with much more experience and seniority over me get fired or laid off of other programs lately ( HA! FUCK THEM :D ) but my client thinks im 1337 baby :)
