Self-Thread mod?
How bout making people be able to control their thread they made?
Like they can be able to delete any posts in they're thread, trash they're thread and even close/open they're thread. BUT, they can't re-do what a mod does to their thread. Any feedback? |
Too much trouble and chaos, threads don't belong to the creators. Mods should do their jobs and not the members. If it were like that we wouldn't need mods.
There would be some funny edits in the flame forum :o
I agree we wouldnt need mods. !K_A! is just looking to keep his job! I think it would be a good idea if we had a seperate forum section where we could do that. But we should keep the current forusnm we hav moderated by admin selected people.
personally i like the way it is set up now...the mods are all pretty decentr at their job...we dont need to change the setup,.
Just because you create a thread doesn't mean you own it. If everyone could moderate threads that they create, we'd have a lot of one-sided threads, as all opposing thoughts would be edited out.
there you have it, the anwser is no :p i thought of it before when i wasnt a mod and even then i thought it was a bad idea, although it could be stressing at times that you can't mod your threads but meh.. your threads belong to us :D kthx
Oh well, there goes another idea down the drain.
wait a minute....what about if we give that authority to people who have been here for a while :-) just little things that people can do just for staying here at ZELARON.......you can call it a sub mod or something, if they do something wrong then just take that "privilage" back .....is it a good idea NOW?????
Ok kaos, we're back in business :-P (hopefully) |

This is one of the worst ideas I've ever seen shat onto this forum. If even so much as one moderator (or higher) took any serious consideration to this heap of crap idea, I'd be ready and willing to stab them directly in the skull for it.
Not a chance.

Sorry kaos, the nay side wins this time.
