Please help
 

Pls some1 help me i am having a real nightmare i have a trojan on my pc and i am unable to find it to get rid of it i have tried about 10 differnt online scanners and only one has been able to pick it up that one is the norton anti virus it has located the trojan here

C:\System Volume Information\_restore{915F6FC4-DFD4-45A2-8BFC-EF22747A1DC5}\RP10\A0020694.exe is infected with Trojan.StartPage

when i look 4 the files i cant find them i have The Cleaner on my pc and that didnt even pick it up.

it is running realy slowly and it is even hard 2 just try and read a thread pls if you can suggest a really good free remover or anyway to check if i can find these files i have tried a search but nothing came up

All I think of is trying to get a trojan remover programme but only one I know is moosoft but I don't think it's that good :(

I can't honestly give any tips. I've only encountered a few viruses on my computer, and every time Norton was able to detect and quarantine it.

Try The Cleaner first.

Okay, sorry for not reading your post. I didn't know you've tried the cleaner already.

AVG will get it too, get AVG at www.download.com

Trojan.StartPage isn't a serious Trojan though..

What else does it do? Just slow you down? Did it change your IE start page?

Its a trojan non the less. I fyou had a virus on ur comp senesia, wouldnt u want it gone no matter how severe it was?

I think slowing your pc to almost a stand still is bad enough
