Umm, in the first question, three of those games werereleased at launch by Nintendo. Or do you mean purely Nintendo? Becuase Rogue Leader was released by nintendo, but it was developed with a license from Lucas Arts, and Factor 5. Smash Bros and Pikmin were both launched at the same time, and were both made by nintendo also.

There all by GameCube made after the GameCube was made.
