Well I talked to my lawyer and he said that he could get the assult with a deadly weapon thing dropped and disturbing the peace but as for the vandalism and aggrivated assult I have to deal with, and it doesn't stay on my record for life it's a juvinile record, it goes away when I turn 18.....and my lawyer is going to try and get my ankle montior off, so I'm not under stricked house arrest. But as for Kahmun, I will help you out with that.

It won't just go away when you turn 18, you have to get it expunged from your record. It isn't hard to do, but it does cost money for lawyers and court fees and shit. Trust me, I had to do it.

Dude, my lawer which a pretty pricy one told me that it goes away once you turn 18....and I have had previous encounters like this and the judge told me the same thing....you forget we live in different places the laws are different.

Just make sure of it. The only reason I had to get mine expunged was because I needed a Secret clearance with the Navy when I was working on AEGIS during my first Co-op, and they were able to open my juvenile records. Only government affiliation can do so, but you never know what you will be doing later in life, so it is better to be safe then sorry. Just make sure is all I'm saying.
