yes, but Sonic is NOT in SSBM.

People say there is a way to unlock them, by beating 20 wire frames in cruel melee....first of all, thats impossible b/c you get killed in like 3 hits...and its total bullcrap.......

really...people say u can get Sonic and Tails in the game, but theyre WRONG! That would be cool though...

the Sonic thing was an April Fool's Joke in Electronic Gaming Monthly...
