I like the way it looks kinda, the Vivi is stretched out too much and wasnt cut very well, the background is decent but you should find a different kind.
I just think you need to put some more effort into it, no offense. I dont mean to always be raggin on your sigs, they look good, I just see some improvements and I call em up. :)

I know, I kind of give up after the comp froze for 4 times.
(And I didn't save anything ><'')

And I cut out the Vivi with Paint, Shoot me! ^_^

I think it would be better if we could see his whole body... so I would say, reduce the size and fit inside the "king_amazon" frame. Just my opinion.
