11% ll ring
coruption heart ammy
fury bb or any ith that has 40% ias+ enough to get full ww speed
40x 5%frw charms with max dmg/resists/ar/100 poison with 5%frw
maybe some fhr charms

and IK gloves... 20 dex and strenth is good... saves some vita

It depends on if you are making a BvB (barb versus barb) or barb versus any thing else :D

If its a bvb then use alot of stat giving items and get so much strenth as possible and have about 2000-2500 life only... if its a anything else fighter you need alot of vita!

for a good barb v all

you want
08 gaze
stormshield
ed/max armor 08valor or lionheart
15x 3max/hp sc's
6x resist/fhr sc's
19x 3max/resist of 5%r/w
ik gaunts/vgrips/crafted gloves
war travlers/grimms (19 str/20%fhr)
1x ravenfrost
1x 10%+ life leech ring with stat/resist/hp
string of ears
cats eye/crafted/rare barb amulet

all items without designated sckts are basically whatever your build requires/wants

arreats + shaft works well too. Don't use fhr charms, they make little difference and if you MUST have fhr just use arreats + shaft, will give the same as 6 small charms.
I like using 18frw/22vita for teaming, and 20frw/20vita sc for against zons/sorcs.
Also, you really don't need many resist small charms on a barb.
I get 62 resistall from nat resists, +30 from anya, +30 from arreats, + 25lr 60cr from storm. I use 3x 11FR/frw and 3x11PR/frw sc + soul spurs vs sorcs and resists are maxed easily.
