Zelaron under attack
 

That's right folks, someone decided to launch a wave of hacking upon us again. During the past two days, the board has been down twice, for how long I cannot say exactly. Some say it's been down for a total of 15 hours, which is a lot. Quite frankly, as this board hereby has paying advertisers and sponsors plus a LOT of active members, this is certainly not some "fun-fun" game I'm ready to forget.

We already have suspects for this criminal act, and everything so far points towards one person. But of course, just because "this person" has expressed hate towards us and happens to live in the same city and use the same ISP as the attacker doesn't actually mean he did it. Or does it?

thats pretty gay for hacking a forum there is like no gain from it i vcan understand using net - devil for d2 accounts but this is just gay...

That's quite pathetic. I could understand a private IM or PM session with the Admin about what you dislike, and trying to work something out (We shouldn't have to though.). But sinking to an elementary school level, where the "Strike back whenever possible" mentality was popular. Whoever did this obviously has some sort of problems, perhaps self-esteem. Big bad person taking down Zelaron.com because they think they're cool.

this was fairly pissing me off aswell, i could not get into zel for about 2 days, i thought it officially blew up, but hasnt zel been having problems with hackers for quite some time? maybe it is the competition?

Well cronic we've had problems with hackers before and then chruser could just shrug it off and get over it but we have people paying for banners on the site and if the site isn't up and the customers see that it isn't up then chruser can get in trouble.

that really does suck....how do you get rid of em???

Why has "this person" which was pointed out in another thread, shown so much hostility towards Zelaron and Chruser?

I'm glad he's gone though, lately, he's been quite the annoying one.
