When they are affected in oil spills, the oil clogs their feathers so they can't keep out cold. Then penguins get very cold. Also, the penguins try to preen themselves and are poisoned by the oil. You're probably thinking, So why are you telling me this? but if you want to show your love for penguins, help out.
