Fps Bowazon?
Can anyone tip me equipment for a 7 fps bowazon ? ^_^
And to do average dmg pvp  |
with a mat/great/blade bow, I believe you need 147%ias to hit the breakpoint.
cruel matriarchal bow of evisceration, socketed with 2 40/15ias jewels 160/60ias armor deaths gloves + sash (or sigons and razortail if resists aren't a problem). highlords/cats eye 40/15ias gaze IMO, 7 frames is only REALLY necessary for vs sorcs, in which case deaths set + d2c dupe boots is the best gear setup, because the set gives 15resistall. a 7frame attack is enough to blocklock a sorc effectively, so pierce isn't that necessary. If you don't need the resists, then you could also consider using sigons set and razortail. For everything else, 8 frames is good enough. Matriarchal bows don't do enough damage for vs barbs, I would recommend a ward instead. |
for dueling barbs use something more like cruel ward of alac and for switch kuko to stun lock them.

I thought it was 142 IAS for 7fps... maybe I'll have to change my build around.
|
shaolin, it is 147% for 7fps with matriachal/great/blade (-10)
142% is required for 8 frames with hydra/matron/crusader (10) |
142% is much easier to get than 147%
You have to start giving up your build to hit higher than 145% IMO, that's why I don't recommend going for 7 frames against anything but sorceress. |
need 147% ias for 7 fps with mat bow and 295% with hydra or crusader
|
i have 160% increased attack speed, is that good enough?
|
yes you probably even have an extra ias jewel in their somewhere :)
|
No, I looked it up. It's 142 to hit 7fps with -10 base speed bows. Here's a link to the calculator:
Attack Speed Calculator |
shaolin, thats what he said
but its hard to get MORE than 145% no real way to get EXACTLY 142% but 145% is the lowest possible amount of ias posssible without wasting any jewels/items/runes |
