Hes the webhost and he wants to be an admin for some reason.

No, he's not giving me cheaper hosting for letting him be an admin :p

I would guess either:
A) it is a requirement for hosting
B) it is a professional courtessy
C) since he has direct access to the DB files, he could make himself an admin anyway

I have to be correct on at least one of these
