Why Does Diablo2 have som many more posts than wc3?
 

Wassup with that? Diablo 2 alone has over 25000 posts about it but Warcraft 1,2, and 3 all together have less than 2000...What is this world coming to?

yeah there isnt realy a lot that you can post about war craft

It has been out a whole lot longer as well therefore the forum was created first, then it would get a headstart on posts. Also people want items so they ask for them there hoping one person out of say 500 has them. Then that person tells them they do and they make a trade. This rises the post count because many people are doing this.

...Shouldnt this topic be in another forum and not in the Warcraft III forum?

warcraft would have more posts if u guys thought up of strats and posted them and made official strat sticky's and discussions about the strats and some arguments about them...

but those take long time to post did you know? And all the strategy games don't have many things to talk about... like Starcraft... D2 is just total different type of a game and therefore, its reasonable to have way more posts than WC.

ya i know because of the genre of gameplay it is but still u guys CAN improve the amount of threads made in the wc3 forum...

Well, there really isnt much to discuss in War3. Its just a simple game. No need for hacking or anything....

Well, in my opinion (taco) warcraft3 involves skill, unlike diablo 2. Most people in this forum are hackers, well disregarding hellmonkeys and a few others, most of you are poser hackers. Dont get me wrong, this isn't a flame, but it's 100% true. You scrounge up dupes and hacks to get "better?" at the game? No, because you're facing the computer, or a duel that is forgotten in 5 minutes. In war3, however, the game is much more long-term and competitive. I doubt anyone on this forum has enough skill to play the game, Warcraft3, the way it was meant to be played. Without hacks, as well as d2. My original 67 bowazon on classic (before i got her a doom loom) was much more fun than my 93 bowazon on xpac with about 20 hexing charms... You need to realize that War3 is a game hackers aren't interested in, thus the 2000 sole posts.

Oh, I've left something out, haven't I.... "tacoX: ...War3 is just a simple game..." No, no, that's the only problem... War3 is a complicated game, unlike Diablo2; where your stature is located within your ability to cheat- War3, your stature is located in your ability to play... Taco, tell me, why do you suck at war3? Because it's simple??... Why can you build a terrible char on Diablo2 and have him own because of items?? Because it's easy??... The answer is clear, and right infront of your face guys...

i think its mainly because there are so many hacks and people want em on d2
