NES???
I was wondering if anyone still has a working NES because I have one and wanna know how rare they are?
|
Not TOO rare. You can find them at Gamespot stores, which are located around a few places here in New Hampshire. Some games are a bit rare.
Now Atari - That's pretty rare (any of them) and some of the games are worth mad cash, like Custer's Revenge. |
I have a working NES system... its a bit buggy...
But if you have one thats broken, you can send it in to get it fixed for some bling $$$ =/ |
The Nintendo Entertainment System isn't worth shit. The Top-Loading NES however is worth quite a bit. Oh, and on contrast to what Tuff says, Atari systems aren't worth shit either. The 2600, 5200, 7800, they can all be found on eBay for as lil' as 20 bucks with up to 15 or more games. The Jaguar CD, and the Lynx however have a value sticker on them.

I've seen some of the old atari stuff going for $300+.
|
NES are not even close to rare...if anything you can usually find some average guy who will sell it to you for like $3 since near about everyone had one. Atari stuff is pretty easy to come by as well, everyone pretty much had one of those too. Forget what eBay says, I see Atari's with a huge lot of about 20-40 games for $15 at the most all the time at yard sales and flea markets.

i have one. Rather than take out all the hardware to play it i just use an emulator, though.
|
Yeah emulators are great.
