Those damn smart bastards at the U of C is making me write an essay on "How do you feel about Wednesday?" I don't even know where to start

First you need to look at how you feel about Tuesday

Just make up some crap about how Wednesday both fills you with hope (halfway to the weekend), but also discourages you (only halfway to the weekend). Doesn't have to be true :D

its kinda the least memorable day of the week. not as depressing as a monday, yet not nearly as exciting as a friday

I would go with the Wed. "Hump Day" nickname and how that makes you excited. You could really branch out from there lol.
