they wouldnt, and if they would you can always bring them to court for not putting a clear enough advertisement on the site where you download it at that they would do that, and another thing, it would be illegal because you did not sign any contract to the army saying you are to be drafted inside so its all good;

thats what terms of agreement are for ex-mania ;) no one reads them but they explain what you can and cant do with the product.
