I was recently pointed to this website for any questions on ias. It has ias for anyone using any item, merc ias, and also takes into acct fana, fury, and such other spells. Just thought i would share. (As far as i have seen, the formula seems correct)

btw ive seen articles about ias...and
that calculator isnt very correct when you add in skills like frenzy fury and so on...
i suggest just looking at individual charts from diabloii
