maybe waterwalks so you can level a bit and maintain max block and +65 hp..(before your bonuses from your hak stuff)

she can level maybe 3 levels and instead of adding like 2 dex every time she levess..she can just level and pump to vitality/energy until she would have to put more dex in

Shael is not a waste in SS, 20% fast block rate works really well. And war travs aren't a bad choice, but soul spurs WOULD be better.

BTW 2 occys is good, but I'd suggest one perf (or close to perf) raven frost, 1 reason being dex, cannot be frozen and absorb. Get 3 light charms to make up for the 3 lost skills, and maybe a coupple 20 life + 5 all resist charms.

even decent fhr makes block rate very unimportant

and how much fhr do u need then to make the faster block rate unimportant?

39%fhr is usually the best amount of fhr to shoot for

Fast blocking AND fast hit recovery are important, with out FHR you will sit there and block the shots and not be able to move. Also nice for recouping from the pesky knock back.

Cham Rune is a waste. Who cares if you're frozen? You just teleport. You have enough + skills that teleporting costs pretty much no mana. Better to put a Ber Rune in there.

i don't know if anyone said it but being frozen does NOT slower cast rate
