You guys are getting off on something that isn't even that great...think about the lack of IAS...and the MIN damage...lol..

actually, its is great. min dmg doesnt matter too much since its either u kill or dont kill, and ias maxes out at 150 already withe the spins per wirl maxing at just 20%ias..
