Can anyone help me on this matter, do you make one yourself and if so what program? Or do you find them on the internet?

Adobe Photo Shop is a good place where you can make a good sig. Thats where Jamesadin made my sig.

Or Paint Shop Pro, if you're not inclined to dish out $600. I made my sig in PSP:
