Well i was coming home from the gym and I stop at a red light, 2 secs later a guy with a truck hits me.

It was his fault, but I really feel shitty, the guy seemed like a good guy and he was in financial trouble.......my moms car is wrecked from behind, and from the impact, my radiator got loose......they ahd to tow both cars.

this is bad, hopefully my spine is ok

dont try to go to court or anything about your back, becuse its definitely not worth it, it takes so long, costs so much, and is too stressful

A lot of people will attempt to gain your sympathy and not report it so that their insurance doesn't go up/etc...

Don't fall for it, as 90% of people who say things like that are attempting to do this.

the police sends the report to both people's insurance....

they totalled my car .......crappy Daewoos, NEVER BUY A DAEWOO! they went bankrupt and dont make parts anymore....thats why they totalled it...
