Hi! I'm new and would like to know how this whole thing works. If you can answer these plese do:
How do you get a picture for yourself?
What is with the member advansement?
How did you get so many smilles?

If by picture you mean avatar / signature, you have to go through you're user CP.

As for smilies, when posting "Go Advanced", click the "Show All" under Smilies and act like a kid in a sweet shop.

The member advancements are so that no spamming retards can go up to a moderater in a day and start screwing up the system. Btw, make sure you get the dimensions of your avatar and siggy right using photoshop. Have fun at Zelaron!

Sure they could. If Chruser felt like it he could have admined you on the day you joined.

The levels go from Junionr Member -> Member -> Senior member

Anything above that is appointed. The userlevel is more of a way to judge how active / how long a person has been around.
