Not too many people here play on Europe. If you want to meet some people on Diablo, just be cool about it. Don't, for instance, ask "if they want to be friends", just say "hey man want to do a private game of cows to level our mercs?"

"Be my friend or I'll stab you in the eye with this screwdriver." tends to work as well.
