Favourite Musical?
 

I've been listening to a couple of soundtracks from musicals earlier, and wondered which musicals other people liked.

My favourite one that I've played in is Leonard Bernstein's On the Town - a comical tale of three sailors on shore leave in New York for 24 hours.

My favourite one to watch has got to be, without a doubt, Ben Elton's We Will Rock You. It's the future, and Rock is dead. An unlikely group of characters come together to escape their false Utopia and bring Rock back to Earth, with the help of a number Queen's greatest hits. Daftness at its finest, but it grips you, and, of course, the music is top notch!

Andrew Lloyd Webber's, Phantom of the Opera.

Best I've seen by far.

I've always wanted to see it, but I've never got round to it.

What's it about?

I've not seen many musical's outside of the ones my highschool put on. In fact, the only musical I've seen outside of school was Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat.
